MINIMUM HARVEST LOSSES
DRAGO 2 is equipped with a patented system of automatic adjustment of distances between tearing plates. On each row, the distance between the plates is adjusted automatically and independently of the other rows.
THE PLATES ARE ADAPTED CONSTANTLY
DRAGO 2 constantly and optimally adapts to current field conditions and thus significantly minimizes harvesting losses. Its plates work completely automatically. No further intervention by the operator is required during harvesting.
BETTER STRETCHES BETTER
DRAGO 2 extension rollers are 25% longer than other manufacturers. At the same speed, particularly long rollers begin to stretch the stem earlier, which leads to smooth stretching of the stem and smooth separation of the cob.
NO SHARP SHOCK, NO VIBRATION
The knives mounted on the stretching rollers are aligned to the nearest millimeter. This ensures that the corn plants are stretched vertically downwards without any vibration. Thus, it prevents premature loss of corn cobs.
EXCELLENT CRUSHING RESULT
DRAGO 2 can be optionally equipped with a stalk shredder. Elongated shredding knives are located in the center of the row and cover the entire working width of the corn harvester. This ensures even distribution of plant material and prevents the formation of rolls.
MINIMUM WARNING COST
The DRAGO 2 shredder is mounted on the main gearbox without the need for angular gears, which avoids power losses. No other corn harvesting system is as efficient. Installed shredder blades are hardened, especially durable and change quickly. Because only two knives are used in a row, DRAGO 2 maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.
