Smart Technologies for Precision Fertilizer Application

  •  EMC (Electronic Massflow Control) - an electronic mass flow system that continuously measures and automatically adjusts the application rate for each spreading disc individually.
The system operates on the principle that the torque on each disc’s drive shaft is proportional to the amount of fertilizer being applied. This correlation remains unaffected by the type or characteristics of the material.
Torque sensors on each disc continuously read the load during operation, enabling the system to precisely determine the actual flow rate in real time and calculate the total quantity spread by each disc.

  •  VARISPREAD - section control system (up to 254 sections) that adjusts the fertilizer drop point and flow for accurate application without overlap.
  •  OPTIPOINT - automatic opening and closing of shutters at the optimal point for each fertilizer type.
  •  Variable Rate Application - compatible with SHP and ISOXML map formats; automatically generates a work report after the task is completed.
  •  4-point weighing system - continuous monitoring of the remaining fertilizer in the hopper via the terminal or smartphone, simplifying logistics and refilling.
