The KUHN Boxer H 4 x 4 self-propelled sprayer is designed for efficient work on areas with different and complex terrain. The machine is equipped with a 2000 liter tank, 25 or 27 meter long sprayer booms, a 92.6 kW engine and a hydrostatic transmission. Thanks to the low weight of the structure, the sprayer easily overcomes obstacles and works confidently on uneven terrain.

The model is equipped with a 92.6 kW MWM engine, adapted to modern MAR-I emission requirements, as well as a 4 x 4 hydrostatic transmission. Among the basic equipment are 25 or 27-meter spray booms, active air suspension, which provides effective shock absorption, and a ground clearance of 1.4 m.

The track width is 2.5 m, with the possibility of its adjustment in the range from 2.5 to 3.3 m. This allows the machine to adapt to different operating conditions and ensures optimal cross-country ability on uneven terrain. Radial tires allow for a power increase of up to 32%. The sprayer is also equipped with a mixer and a 30-liter flushing tank.

To increase the accuracy and efficiency of work, an integrated set of GPS technologies is provided, which includes a flow controller, a section control system, an autopilot and a terrain compensation system.

The KUHN Boxer H 4 x 4 self-propelled sprayer is equipped with the MWM 4.10 TCA engine and EGR exhaust gas recirculation system, which is aimed at reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.

The four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 4.3 liters has a sequential cooling system and develops a power of 92.6 kW at 2200 rpm. Its configuration meets the MAR-I pollutant emission standards. In addition, the engine allows the use of B10 biodiesel, i.e. fuel with a biodiesel component content of up to 10%.

The features of the 10 series engines include separate cylinder heads, wet cylinder liners, ribbed connecting rods, as well as water and oil pumps. In addition, the design includes an oil cooler integrated directly into the engine block.

The solid frame of the KUHN Boxer H 4 x 4 self-propelled sprayer is made of tubular steel beams connected by high-strength welded joints. Several additional reinforcement points increase the safety and durability of the structure when operating on uneven terrain.

The low weight of the machine also helps to reduce soil compaction. The axles and racks have a reinforced design, thanks to which they are able to withstand various conditions and operating modes. This design allows you to work confidently on a variety of terrain and ensures effective interaction between the power transmission and the control system.

The sprayer is equipped with an axle with a track width of 2.5 m. If necessary, the track width can be adjusted from 2.5 to 3.3 m, adapting the machine to specific operating conditions.

The KUHN Boxer H self-propelled sprayer is equipped with a 4 x 4 hydrostatic transmission with a double pump that provides power transmission of the oil flow. One pump supplies oil to the front and the other to the rear engines. This system allows for more effective control of the torque distribution between the wheels and reduces the risk of wheel slippage.

The Hydro Boxer also uses Danfoss KC 45 wheel motors, which together with the transmission provide the necessary power for agricultural work. The eleven HPA planetary gearboxes operate with a wide gear range, have a compact design, are lightweight and are characterized by high stability.

The hydrostatic transmission also simplifies the control of the machine. It provides smooth movement, increases operator comfort and contributes to a reduction in noise levels. In addition, its use helps to increase productivity, reduce operating and service costs, reduce mechanical wear and optimize fuel consumption.
