Front hanging hopper for one-pass fertilizer application BEDNAR FERTI-BOX FB F™

FERTI-BOX FB F is a single-chamber front hopper with a capacity of 1900 l. The FERTI-BOX FB F Dual model has two chambers with a total volume of 2200 l with a capacity distribution of 40:60. The front hopper is designed for aggregation with mounted and trailed machines using the rear three-point linkage of the tractor.

 

The hopper can be used in combination with soil tillage cultivators and seeders to perform various agricultural operations:

o Working with deep subsoilers.

o Working with cultivators for strip tillage.

o Working with seeders.

o Working with inter-row cultivators.

The front mounted FERTI-BOX FB F and FB F Dual hoppers are suitable for fertilizing when working with subsoilers, in particular TERRALAND TN and TN PROFI. The two-chamber version allows you to apply two different types of fertilizers at the same time.

 

The basic model of the FERTI-BOX FB F front hopper is equipped with one chamber with a volume of 1900 l. If you need to apply two types of fertilizers at the same time or combine seeding with fertilizer application, the FERTI-BOX FB F Dual is the optimal solution. This model has two chambers with a total capacity of 2200 l.

 

The FERTI-BOX FB F and FB F Dual hoppers operate under excess pressure, which is created due to the hermetic closure of the hopper. This design ensures high dosing accuracy and allows you to apply large volumes of seeds and fertilizers regardless of the size of their granules.

 

A wide range of seeding coils is available to handle seeds and fertilizers of various sizes. Our range includes coils with volumes from 30 to 790 cm³, allowing you to choose the right option depending on the characteristics of the material being applied.

 

The FERTI-BOX FB F and FB F Dual front hoppers can be connected to the tractor using ISOBUS technology and controlled via a special ISOBUS monitor from BEDNAR. Various terminal models are available with basic or advanced control functions.

The FERTI-BOX FB F hopper is supplied with BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software, developed by BEDNAR engineers.

 

The FERTI-BOX FB F front hoppers have a well-thought-out design that promotes safe operation. Thanks to the inclined upper part of the hopper, the tractor driver has a good view of the space in front of the unit from the tractor cabin.

In addition, the hopper is equipped with transport lights and effective lighting, which ensures proper visibility during work in the dark.

 

BEDNAR specialists have developed a mobile application for smartphones FARM LINK, which allows you to quickly and conveniently calibrate the front hopper directly using your phone.

The application also contains instructions for selecting the appropriate seeding roller depending on the type of seed or fertilizer, the operating speed of the unit and the set seeding rate.

 

As standard, the FERTI-BOX FB F and FB F Dual front hoppers are equipped with a single-output metering device. If necessary, you can choose a configuration with two outputs, which allows you to implement the function of turning off half of the unit's working width.

This solution can be used, for example, when working with the CORSA CN or KATARA KN_S mounted seed drills.

 

To improve visibility, the FERTI-BOX front hoppers are equipped with video cameras located on the right and left sides of the structure under the headlights. They allow you to monitor the space in front of the front hopper, providing better visibility and increasing safety during operation.
