Today, farmers want versatile tillage equipment that can perform a wide range of tasks throughout the year. The VERSATILL VO_PROFI is a highly versatile cultivator designed for shallow tillage after harvest or for pre-sowing preparation. A wide range of different types of chisels and tines mounted in six rows allows you to adapt the cultivator to your conditions. The machine has an ideal throughput even when working in wet soils or fields with a lot of crop residue. The VERSATILL VO_PROFI is available in working widths of 6 and 7.5 meters.

THE TINES ARE ARRANGED IN SIX ROWS

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI has individual tines arranged in six rows. The distance between the individual posts is 17 centimeters. These technical parameters ensure that the soil profile is perfectly cut and that crop residues are mixed into the soil. The high frame clearance of 56 centimeters allows the machine to work in fields with a large amount of crop residues.

FOUR TYPES OF WORKING BODIES

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator can be equipped with four working tools (chisels or tines), which allow you to easily adjust the machine for shallow stubble cultivation, loosening at an average depth of 15 cm or preparing the soil for sowing. The right tine is also important in terms of soil type and season.

PERFECT FOR STUBBLE CULTIVATION

The design of the VERSATILL VO_PROFI cultivator is designed for shallow and fast stubble breaking after harvest. Thanks to the perfect overlap of the tines, the machine cuts the soil evenly to a depth of 15 centimeters. For intensive processing of crop residues, such as sunflower, rapeseed or corn stalks, we recommend adding the TRASH CUTTER chopping roller. The small diameter of the shredding roller ensures a high circumferential speed, providing an ideal cutting and shredding effect.

EFFICIENT COMBINATION OF WORKING TOOLS

The VERSATILL VO_PROFI is also suitable for pre-sowing preparation thanks to its lightweight yet robust frame. It can be equipped with a hydraulically adjustable front levelling bar, the Crushbar. The Crushbar can also be mounted after the tine section to perfectly level any unevenness in the ground and break up clods. The cultivator is finished off with various types of rollers that provide final surface compaction and create a fine soil structure.
