On June 26, Titan Machinery Ukraine participated in one of the largest agricultural events in the Volyn region — the “VILIA – 25 Years” Field Day, which brought together leading representatives of the agricultural sector, agricultural machinery manufacturers, and partners from across Ukraine.

The Titan Machinery Ukraine exhibition presented comprehensive solutions for various areas of agricultural production — from soil preparation and fertilizer application to harvesting and precision farming technologies.

Visitors had the opportunity to communicate with company specialists, receive professional advice, and explore the capabilities of machinery from leading global brands.

One of the key machines presented at the event was the CASE IH Puma 240 tractor — a highly efficient and multifunctional tractor in the medium-power class.

The combination of powerful engines, compact dimensions, and excellent maneuverability makes the Puma 240 a versatile solution for a wide range of agricultural applications.

The spacious cab with panoramic visibility, modern PowerShift transmission, ergonomic operator environment, and wide range of optional equipment help increase productivity and provide a high level of comfort during long working hours.

Efficient solutions were represented by the CASE IH Farmlift 737 telescopic loader.

The machine is designed for a wide range of applications in crop production, livestock farming, and general farm operations, combining productivity, maneuverability, and operator comfort.

Advanced fertilizer application technology was demonstrated by the KUHN AXENT 90.1 trailed mineral fertilizer spreader.

The machine is equipped with a 9,400-liter hopper and provides highly accurate fertilizer application with a working width of up to 50 meters.

This equipment helps farmers optimize fertilizer usage, reduce operating costs, and apply nutrients accurately according to field requirements.

The soil cultivation segment was represented by the BEDNAR SWIFTERDISC XO 6000F disc cultivator, designed for fast and efficient shallow soil cultivation.

Thanks to the optimized position of the transport axle, the machine provides excellent stability even at operating speeds of up to 15 km/h.

The Twin-Disc system, aggressive A-discs, front Trash Cutter knife roller, and three-section rear compaction roller ensure effective residue chopping, intensive mixing with soil, and a perfectly leveled field surface.

The Alfa Drill system enables simultaneous sowing of cover crops, expanding the machine’s application possibilities.

Harvesting solutions were represented by the MacDon FD235 draper header.

Unlike traditional grain headers, this model uses a draper belt system instead of an auger, ensuring smooth crop movement into the combine, reducing losses, and improving harvesting performance.

The flexible three-section frame, OrbitReel system, and Active Float System allow the header to accurately follow field contours, maintain an optimal cutting height, and provide consistent crop feeding even in challenging field conditions.

An important part of the exhibition was precision farming technology, including the T-Line automatic steering system — a proprietary solution developed by Titan Machinery Ukraine in partnership with an experienced precision farming equipment manufacturer.

The system provides steering accuracy of up to ±2.5 cm with RTK correction, helps automate tractor guidance, reduce overlaps and skips, optimize resource utilization, and decrease operator workload.

T-Line supports various navigation modes, automatic turnarounds, terrain compensation, and field management features.
