Its design and technical parameters ensure effective stubble harrowing, intensive mixing of plant residues and high-quality pre-sowing soil preparation. SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI models are available with working widths of 10.4 and 12.4 m. Thanks to the unique section folding system, the unit has compact dimensions during transportation.

Stubble disc harrowing is one of the main agro-technological operations, which is recommended to be performed as soon as possible after harvesting. For this purpose, SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI can be equipped with serrated or aggressive discs with a diameter of 520 × 5 or 560 × 5 mm, which guarantee high-quality cutting and mixing of plant residues with the soil. The rear rollers compact the surface and close the processed profile, contributing to the uniform germination of weeds and carrion.

SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI is fully compatible with the ISOBUS system and can work with any suitable terminal. The proprietary BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software allows you to automatically fold and unfold the unit with the press of a single button, as well as set all operating parameters directly from the terminal. Settings, including working depth, can be changed even during operation, which eliminates downtime.

The disc sections of the wide-grip models are arranged in an X-shaped pattern, which eliminates lateral displacement of the unit and ensures precise following of the tractor. The central disc prevents ridge formation.

The same pressure on the discs across the entire width of the machine is the basis for good cultivation. In the SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI this is achieved thanks to the forward-shifted axle and the concept of two folding side frames. The design with fewer hydraulic cylinders minimises pressure losses, reduces the number of lubrication points and simplifies operation both in the field and during transport.

Even with a working width of up to 12.4 m, the machine remains compact: the transport width does not exceed 3 m and the height is just under 4 m, even with the twin rollers. This is achieved by folding the side wings along the frame towards the tractor.

The increased gaps between the working elements allow you to work faster and reduce the risk of clogging. In SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI, the distance between the front and rear rows of discs is 100 cm, and between the discs and the rear roller axle is up to 120 cm. The 60 cm frame clearance ensures efficient work even with a large amount of plant residues.

The unit can be equipped with the ALFA DRILL micro-granulator for applying micro-fertilizers and sowing small-seeded crops simultaneously with discing. This allows you to significantly save time and fuel. The volume of the hopper is 800 liters.

COMPATIBILITY WITH THE CTF SYSTEM (WORKING WIDTH 18.4 M)

The use of the Controlled Farming (CTF) system reduces soil compaction and optimizes the number of passes of the equipment. The units move along specified tracks (6, 12, 18, 24 m, etc.), which ensures even load distribution and facilitates track cultivation.

SWIFTERDISC XE PROFI is characterized by high maneuverability. During turns, the rear rollers and front swivel wheels are used, while only the disc section is raised, without lifting the entire unit. This reduces the load on the hitch and the tractor.

The unit is connected to the tractor's hydraulic system with a load control function, which ensures the supply of the required amount of oil for each operation. The process is fully automated, which allows for efficient use of the hydraulic system and control of functions with high energy consumption.
