The KUHN AXIS 30.2 Q mounted fertilizer spreader has a working width of 24 to 36 m with a hopper volume of 3200 l. It provides high accuracy and quality of application thanks to the uniform fertilizer distribution system.

Automatic adjustment of the application rate depending on the speed of travel is carried out using servo drives that are 2 times faster than traditional electric drives with an open rod, due to which the Speed ​​Servo drives have higher reliability.

QUANTRON control terminal

The QUANTRON control terminal automatically maintains the set application rate depending on the speed of travel. The metering slide opens and closes at the touch of a button. If the tractor stops, the slide closes automatically.

Thanks to the QUANTRON terminal, section-by-section shutdown can be carried out manually or automated control thanks to third-party GPS navigation (depending on the functionality of the navigation system and its connectivity).

For the convenience of adjusting the spreader, users can install an application on their phone. The application contains photos of fertilizers in real scale, thanks to which the farmer can take his fertilizer, and select a similar photo in the application, set the application parameters (rate and width) and the program will immediately provide recommended adjustment values ​​that need to be entered into the Qantron control terminal.

The spreader is equipped with a folding awning, which is easily unfolded and has two transparent windows for visual control of the fertilizer level.
