Case IH's 4400 Series corn headers offer excellent harvesting quality in standing or lying corn, improving grain conservation in all conditions. What's more, they offer unmatched ease of maintenance to ensure they're ready to go at any time and work in any harvesting environment. Separators are the key to lifting fallen crops or separating tangled corn plants. They significantly affect the result of harvesting. The narrow, smooth profile and gentler angle of the 4400 series splitters ensures that corn is cut with minimal cob loss. An optional deadhead spiral auger captures all the corn on the sides of the header to reduce cob loss in tall or dead corn conditions. The result is incredible performance. The very first task of the 4400 series harvesters was to maximize grain preservation. Patented unique corn retention flaps direct the grain to the auger so that nothing falls back into the field.
