CULTIVATOR BEDNAR FENIX FO_PROFI

FENIX FO_PROFI is a new generation of cultivators designed for intensive surface tillage of the soil after harvesting, as well as for deep tillage up to 35 cm before sowing. The semi-mounted cultivator is equipped with four-row arrow-shaped racks, which reduces draft resistance and reduces the need for tractor power.

Maximum efficiency of loosening and mixing.

The FENIX FO_PROFI racks are arranged in four rows, with sufficient distance between them both within the row and between the rows. This ensures high efficiency of loosening and mixing even on fields with a large amount of crop residues, organic fertilizers or when planting catch crops.

The V-shaped shape of the racks and their arrow-shaped arrangement allows for gradual entry into the soil and uniform tillage across the entire width of the unit, which reduces the draft load on the tractor and, accordingly, provides fuel economy.

The FENIX FO_PROFI racks are not welded, but screwed to strong cast iron brackets mounted on the main frame. This guarantees durability, geometry preservation and easy replacement of the brackets in case of damage.

The cultivator can be equipped with individual spring horizontal protection, double spring NON-STOP protection or hydraulic protection, which ensures safe operation on any soil.

The integrated axle installed between the racks allows the cultivator to work without rear skids, increasing the number of active racks after the transport wheels. When the soil is moist, the skids can be easily switched off, which prevents compaction. This feature is also useful when preparing the soil for winter.

After the four rows of racks there is a filling section, which can be equipped with discs or tines. The section can be adjusted mechanically via a crank or using the tractor's hydraulics.

FENIX FO_PROFI allows you to install the Crushbar trailing harrow in front of the rear rollers for additional smoothing of irregularities after the stands. In this case, the rollers only compact the soil. Adjustment is made using a crank mechanism.

The cultivator can be equipped with four types of arrow-shaped paws, which allows you to adjust the unit depending on the type of soil and the season.

Support wheels ensure accurate copying of the relief and stable working depth across the entire width of the cultivator.

Double rollers are mounted on a parallelogram, which guarantees uniform pressure on the soil in all conditions.

FENIX FO_PROFI allows you to change the working width using a kit for installing or removing side sections, adjusting the unit to the tractor power and working conditions.
