Rear-Mounted hunter for fertilizer application FERTI-BOX FB™

FERTI-BOX FB is a two-chamber mounted hopper with a total volume of 3000 l, which is mounted on the rear three-point linkage of the tractor. It is an effective solution for working in combination with the TERRALAND TO subsoiler, the TERRALAND DO combined subsoiler or the FENIX FO cultivator, ensuring the application of fertilizers to the soil simultaneously with its cultivation in one pass.

FERTI-BOX FB is used together with units for surface and deep soil cultivation, in particular with the FENIX FO cultivators, TERRALAND TO subsoilers and TERRALAND DO disc harrows.

The hopper has two chambers with a total volume of 3000 l in a ratio of 60:40, which allows you to simultaneously apply two different types of fertilizers during one pass.

FERTI-BOX FB operates on the principle of overpressure. The hermetic design creates pressure inside the hopper, which ensures accurate dosing even at high application rates, regardless of the size of the seeds or fertilizer granules.

The hopper supports ISOBUS connection and can be controlled both via the tractor terminal and using BEDNAR branded terminals. Users are available with various terminal options with basic or advanced functionality. BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software is included as standard.

The model range includes a wide selection of seeding coils with a volume of 30 to 790 cm³, which allows you to work accurately with different types of fertilizers and seeds.

FERTI-BOX FB is mounted on the rear three-point hitch of the tractor and is equipped with its own drawbar for connecting trailed equipment. The rear part can be equipped with a connecting plate or pin with a diameter of 50 or 70 mm.

Despite the large volume, the hopper has a compact shape. The design and inclination of the upper part do not limit the operator's view, which allows you to fully control the operation of the trailed unit.

To simplify settings, BEDNAR has developed the FARM LINK mobile application, which allows you to quickly calibrate the hopper directly from your smartphone. The application also contains reference information for selecting seeding rollers depending on the type of material, operating speed and application rate.
