A combined cultivator BEDNAR ACTROS RO™

The ACTROS RO combined cultivator provides two operations in one pass. The two front rows of discs with a large diameter of 690 × 6 mm provide excellent cutting and shallow mixing of crop residue with soil, and the two rows of tines ensure intense loosening up to a depth of 35 centimetres. The whole process is completed with the final levelling and surface consolidation using a packer. A great advantage of the ACTROS RO combined cultivator is the possibility to work without rear packers. This solution makes it possible to use the deep cultivator also under less favourable conditions, namely when it is wet.

MAIN BENEFITS:

  • Perfect shredding and mixing of crop residues using two rows of discs, 690 x 6 mm.
  • Intensive tillage to a depth of 35 cm using two rows of paws with vertical continuous protection (Active-Mix racks).
  • Destruction of compacted soil layers without mixing (Zero-Mix racks).
  • Integrated axis = smaller turning radius, the ability to work without rollers. Loosening and aeration even in extreme conditions.
  • Different types of rollers are available for different soil conditions.
