PROFESSIONAL DEEP CULTIVATOR TERRALAND TN_PROFI™

The TERRALAND TN_PROFI subsoiler is designed for soil cultivation to a depth of up to 65 cm. Unlike the TERRALAND TN models, the TN_PROFI version is additionally equipped with a two-row section of Cutter discs located behind the rear ring rollers. The TERRALAND TN_PROFI line includes units with a working width of 3 and 4 meters. In one pass, the machine provides deep loosening, mixing plant residues, crushing clods and forming an optimal soil structure for sowing.

Maximum working depth and different types of protection.

The unit is capable of working at a depth of up to 65 cm. The protection of the racks is implemented in two versions: mechanical (shear bolts) or hydraulic NON-STOP, which is especially effective on stony and heavy soils. The activation force of the protection is from 1000 to 1500 kg per rack.

TERRALAND TN_PROFI is equipped with an additional two-row section of Cutter-disks with a fan-shaped shape with a diameter of 520 × 5 mm. This design provides intensive crushing of clods, effective mixing of plant residues and high-quality leveling of the field surface. The orientation of the disks “inwards” contributes to their self-cleaning during operation.

Chisel plow or professional deep cultivator:

In combination with Active-Mix tines and ring rollers, the unit provides effective deep loosening. The special geometry of the tines facilitates their penetration into the soil and improves the quality of mixing. In one pass, the profile is loosened, mixed and the final surface leveling is performed.

The 3 m wide model is equipped with 7 racks with a 40 cm inter-rack distance. The 4 m version can be equipped with 7 or 9 racks:

• 7 racks - distance 56.5 cm

• 9 racks - distance 42.5 cm

The structural elements of the TERRALAND TN_PROFI are made in a prefabricated, not welded version. This solution (fastening the racks to the frames, the internal frames to the supporting beams) significantly increases the service life of the unit.

Active-Mix racks can be equipped with chisels 70 mm wide (for intensive loosening) or 40 mm (for deep cultivation in difficult conditions). The wings of the racks cut the lower layer of soil, preventing the formation of large clods. Wear-resistant elements in LONG LIFE version (40, 55 and 70 mm) are also available. When increasing the cultivation depth, it is recommended to use narrower chisels.

Even with the Cutter discs installed, the unit remains compact in the transport position. The disc section is hydraulically folded above the main frame. This also allows working without the rear disc section, for example in overmoistened conditions.

The subsoiler can be aggregated with BEDNAR hoppers for applying dry fertilizers. The excess pressure in the hopper ensures precise dosing and application of fertilizers directly into the soil profile during cultivation.
