KUHN ESPRO Seeding Complex: Efficient Power Demands

04/12/2024

KUHN ESPRO seeding complexes offer high productivity with minimal tractor power requirements.

These machines are designed for minimum or zero tillage while simultaneously applying fertilizers between rows or rows. The versatility and low power demand (from 100 hp) have been made possible through simple and convenient adjustments for the operator, as well as a range of modern electronic solutions. Specifically:

  • Rapid and precise seeding with the CROSSFLEX seed drill: two rows of discs open the furrow and ensure quality placement of nutrients. The seed drills, installed using polyurethane blocks on a shaped tube, guarantee constant pressure and accurate sowing.
  • Easy towing behind the tractor: the press wheels, offset forwards and backward relative to each other, prevent the formation of soil ridges in front of the seeding sections.
  • Convenient operator control with ISOBUS terminals: section control, rate modulation using maps or biomass sensors, and guidance assistance. It's also possible to connect one or two cameras.
  • Smart lane-turn management: for quick and easy turning execution, an automated pre-programmed turn sequence at the field edge is integrated into the terminals.
  • Adding clips to the hydraulic cylinders easily adjusts front working discs, seeding depth, and seed drill pressure.

KUHN ESPRO offers universal and flexible seeding solutions!

With a large hopper capacity (2500-5500 liters), the ESPRO seeding complex with a working width of 3-8 meters fully meets the needs of both large farms and small holdings. The ability to seed at speeds of up to 17 km/h allows for the efficient use of short "weather windows". Additionally, the CROSSFLEX sections ensure maximum sowing accuracy. This high-tech ISOBUS-compatible machine significantly simplifies job management and data exchange between the seeding complex and the tractor computer.

KUHN ESPRO requires lower power to achieve higher productivity!

"KUHN ESPRO 6000 RC has been operating on our farm for the second year. It seeds a wide range of crops, from rapeseed and wheat to peas and mustard. We even tried seeding alfalfa - and got amazing and high-quality emergence!
This unit is highly productive. We seed 50-60 hectares per day, which is very good for us. Previously, we covered such an area only with the help of three seeders. And we require significantly fewer people for maintenance. It's very convenient that with the main crop seeding, we can apply mineral fertilizers in rows. KUHN ESPRO 6000 RC operates smoothly and neatly.

I have not seen a more precise and high-quality seeder in my experience."
