TILLCUT TE crushing rollers are designed for cultivating the topsoil to a shallow depth, which is typical of vertical tillage technology. This approach minimizes soil structure disturbance, especially in the horizontal plane, since the impact occurs only in the top layer. As a result, moisture retention is improved, the risk of erosion is reduced and favorable conditions for seed germination are created. The V-shaped arrangement of the knives ensures high cutting and crushing efficiency, which also contributes to the active germination of carrion.

TILLCUT TE is an agronomically advantageous solution that allows you to economically and efficiently crush plant residues and mix them with the topsoil. This contributes to faster decomposition of organic matter. In addition, the unit helps to control some pests, in particular the corn borer and slugs.

TILLCUT TE rollers are characterized by a robust design and are equipped with working bodies with a diameter of 940 mm. During operation, the entire mass of the unit, including water, is transferred directly to the knife rollers, which ensures maximum crushing effect even when working with hard plant residues, such as corn. In the TE 12400 model, the load is 968 kg per meter of working width. If necessary, the rollers can be filled with water, increasing this figure to 1240 kg/m.

The TILLCUT TE design provides for a V-shaped arrangement of knives, which ensures intensive processing and high quality of work regardless of the conditions. This solution creates the effect of a soil milling cutter, allowing processing even a few centimeters of the surface layer.

During operation, the rollers interact with a large amount of material, so the ENDURANCE blades are made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel. In case of wear or damage, they can be replaced quickly and conveniently thanks to the well-thought-out design.

The unit has a central frame and two folding side sections, with each roller being mounted independently. This ensures precise contour following even on uneven areas. The arrangement of the rollers with a small overlap guarantees uniform processing across the entire working width.

The TILLCUT TE can be equipped with smooth rollers with a diameter of 914 mm, which are used for leveling the surface (e.g. on pastures) or for post-sowing rolling to improve seed contact with the soil and reduce moisture loss. They can also be filled with water to increase their mass. The design allows for quick replacement of the shredding rollers with smooth ones.

TILLCUT TE uses a proven E-shaped folding scheme, which includes a central frame and two side sections. This ensures that the unit can be quickly transferred to the transport or working position. Wide-profile tires of size 700/40-22.5 guarantee stability during transportation, and high ground clearance allows you to safely move both on field roads and other routes.
